CTI 131 - Enterprise Hardware Foundation

This course introduces the hardware concepts required of the successful IT support professional. Emphasis is placed on PC and Enterprise Server Systems, Network Attached Storage (NAS), Redundant Solutions and Rack Mount Systems. Upon completion, students should have the necessary skills to support IT hardware and software for end-users and be able to work effectively in an IT support environment.
