MUS 114 - Non-Western Music

This course provides a basic survey of the music of the non-Western world. Emphasis is placed on non-traditional instruments, sources, and performing practices. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate skills in basic listening and 264 understanding of the art of non-Western music.
