This course provides experience using online research tools and hands-on experience for advanced hardware support and troubleshooting. Emphasis is placed on troubleshooting network adapter cards and cabling, network storage devices, workstations, and network printers. Upon completion, students should be able to perform network support functions including analyzing, diagnosing, researching, and resolving network issues.
